Requirements & Application Notes
- Does not support bench chip reading / writing, mileage adjustment or prohibited modification functions.
- Cannot work on pre‑1996 vehicles without OBD‑II port.
- For pure EVs, only basic fault reading is available; deep powertrain programming & calibration are not supported.
- ADAS calibration function is in software but requires separate ADAS calibration fixture (not included).
- Cannot repair physically burned ECUs; only software flashing & programming are provided.
- Some heavily encrypted OEM procedures require additional official authorization for deep programming operations.
- Operating environment: Built‑in Android tablet, no external PC required for regular diagnosis & programming; 12‑V vehicle battery power supply is required during programming.
- Update method: Direct Wi‑Fi connection to Autel official server, no PC required.
